We have 15 years experience of owning, managing and developing residential apartment blocks (some with commercial units).

During this time we have:

  • Planned, built and sold new-build buildings with up to 40 units.
  • Organised full scale renovations of old buildings (with 20+ units)
  • Built out roof space and extensions with high value penthouses
  • Separated buildings and sold the refurbished apartments individually
  • Managed the sale of 75 buildings and apartments
  • Founded many German companies in a number of different structures

Julian Barrell

After a career as an institutional investor in European stock markets, I have focused on property investment and development. As an institutional investor, I worked within a German bank for 15 years and I was a Managing Director within the asset management operation of Deutsche Bank (UK). The significant transition in the German investment culture at that time lured me into property investments and then led me to create a number of businesses in and around German property investment. We have created a respected team of local partners that are assigned to projects depending on the individual requirements of each project.
